It also publishes research on the Dubai market, and helps clients buy off-plan, with current availability, unit-level pricing and payment plans. Vikraant K Parcha, Founder

Vikraant K Parcha is the founder of V Capital Private Real Estate Advisory, a Dubai off-plan investment advisory and research firm based in Bay Square, Business Bay. He leads V Capital's research on Dubai's off-plan market, including its analysis of developer delivery records and payment plans, and advises clients on off-plan purchases. His areas of focus are Dubai off-plan villa and waterfront projects, developer delivery records, payment-plan structure and capital preservation.
