Some owners prefer discretion, so we share suitable opportunities privately with buyers whose brief fits, rather than advertising them.

What budget does The Residences cover?

From AED 1M to below AED 7M, in three tiers: Cornerstone, Heritage and Reserve. If your budget is outside this range, submit it anyway. We review every enquiry and will point you to the right division, including The V Collective for AED 10M and above.

What happens after I submit my requirements?

Vikraant reviews your brief. If a suitable residence exists, you receive a private match. If not, we keep your brief on file and contact you when something fits.

Does requesting access cost anything?
